With that said...let me tell you my story.

Throughout the past 20 years, I have worked in the Human Resource field and as a Director for the last 10. I have recently decided to take a hiatus from my career to enjoy life and have a family.

During my career, I have seen literally tens of thousands of resumes, most of which ended up in my reject pile. Suffice it so say, I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly. I am astonished that some people actually apply with the resumes and cover letters that they do. Once you get past the ones that simply don't have the experience necessary for the job, you have the rest that either aren't motivated for that particular position and those that haven't put an ounce of effort in presenting themselves via their resume and have spent more time telling me about their love for golf, their cats and their High School Glee Club awards.

It quickly became apparent that Corporate America needed strong candidates that were confident, showed qualifications and really looked as if they were capable of handling their job duties with finesse.

With all that said, I have developed this website to try to share my expertise with career climbers just like you.
